Action for Life
The Action for Life brand targets adults. Actions has produced 2,5 million copies of the Action for Life booklets and were distributed to clinics and to relevant organisations. The Action for Life interventions have so far been in the area of print, as follows:

Print

  • Action for Life: Help Stop Violence Against Women, dealing with the law and domestic violence, rape and action against domestic violence: One million booklets distributed.
  • Action Pals: Raising Children To Be Their Best, dealing with parenting in today´s world including communication, resolving children’s conflict, discipline, children with disability, HIV and AIDS, STIs, child sexual abuse, accidents and career guidance: 750 000 booklets distributed.
  • Action for Life: Helping Children with Difficult Issues, A guide for parents, dealing with  rights and responsibilities of parents and children, communication, racism and xenophobia, drug use and children´s rights: 750 000 booklets distributed

Advocacy
Action launched a Multi- media campaign set to address the issue of Multiple and Concurrent Partnerships (MCPs) entitled ONELOVE in June 2009. The campaign will seek to educate the public about the dangers of MCPs particularly the risks of Sexual Networks. The Campaign also seeks to promote happy, loving, emotionally and sexually fulfilling relationships with one person.

Radio and television
Action in partnership with Southern Africa HIV and AIDS Information Dissemination Service (SAFAIDS) is producing a booklet that will be distributed countrywide about issues to do with the MCPs. Action is also currently producing a 26 episode radio drama series that will be broadcast in Shona and Ndebele as well as a television drama that will be screened as part of a Soul City regional Television drama series aired in 10 Countries across Southern Africa.
